For those who didn't know there's no specific intake kit that are made for the 2007 vios (NCP93) however we since the latest vios got the same engine and chasis design as the yaris the parts are interchangeable.
This Trust Airinx type B kit is one example installed on the 07 Vios. This kit was design for the Vitz RS (NCP91)1NZ-FE which is very simillar to the 07 Vios. The kit includes two brackets, 60mm MAF adapter, 60mm funnel/hose adapter and an Airinx AY-MB filter.
After installing this kit the performance after 3000rpm improved but you will loss a little low end torque because of the original ECU mapping. Only people who dive for fuel economy will feel that but for someone who race the car the loss of the low-troque could hardly be felt.
The sound at full acceleration is very addictive, as the engine is no longer suffocating because the original air box is very restrictive. By tuning with a good piggy back ECU such as Apexi Neo/Greedy E manage Ultimate the the torque can be better and you can regain the loss of the low end torque.
Fuel economy aren't affected so much as it all depends on your driving. But first few weeks with this intake its hard to resist not accelerating to hear the sound of the engine. This is a very good stuff for those who just started modding...

These are many choices but so far the Trust is the cheapest at $280, HKS $330, Apexi Custom at hayashi $350 and Blitz possibly around $400 (which is the pics on the left). However the choice is up to your preferences
